HELLO!

I'm Ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley, founder of Inchstones Behavioral Consulting.

As a behavioral consultant, special education professional, and seven incredible kids, including those with autism and epilepsy, I understand both the science and the heart behind supporting neurodivergent families.

My journey began not just in classrooms or coursework but at home, learning how to balance therapy sessions, medical appointments, and everyday moments of growth.

Over the years, I’ve discovered that meaningful progress doesn’t come from rushing ahead, it comes from steady, intentional steps taken with love and understanding.

That belief inspired Inchstones Behavioral Consulting, a place where families and professionals can find practical guidance, compassionate support, and hope that change is possible.

My philosophy:

Progress isn’t measured in milestones, it’s measured in inchstones.

How it all started...

Once upon a time I gave birth to my 4th child, several months later he was diagnosed with a rare catastrophic form of childhood epilepsy. We went on to have brain surgery, and later, an autism diagnosis.

I know first hand what it feels like to have your world turned upside down, feel overwhelmed, depressed, lonely, and hopeless.

That is why Inchstones to Milestones by Ashley (caregiver support) and Inchstones Behavioral Consulting (evidence-based ABA) exists. To help you along the way, celebrate your inch-stones on the way to the milestones.

It is my privilege and honor to serve your family whether that is through my printable resources, coaching, courses, or membership. It is my hope that you no longer feel unsupported or alone, I got your back. <3 Ashley
